Horror and dark fantasy author Marie Anne Cope, based in Wrexham UK, is aiming to break America as her debut novel is set to be published Stateside. Having secured a deal with Missouri publishing house Crimson Cloak Publishing, that will see her debut novel "Bonds" released in US bookshops in 2018.
"Bonds" tells the story of Becca Martin’s struggle to accept her birthright as a witch and Antony Cardover’s battle to break his vampire curse.
Marie has also released a sequel to Bonds entitled 'Broken Bonds', as well as a collection of short stories entitled 'Tales from a Scarygirl'.
Looking ahead to the US publication of "Bonds", Marie said: "I'm absolutely delighted that Bonds will soon be physically on sale in the United States. The team at Crimson Cloak Publishing have been incredibly helpful and supportive and i'm very much looking forward to working with them."
