WINNIE THE POOH: BLOOD AND HONEY 2 - UK BD review.

Just when you thought it was safe to return to the 100 Acres wood, along comes WINNIE THE POOH: BLOOD AND HONEY 2, the blood soaked sequel to the 2023 indie horror hit.

Several years after the events of the first film and Christopher Robin, played this time by Scott Chambers (Dr Jeckyll - 2023), the sole survivor of the 100 acres massacre, is now a medical student who is struggling to put the events of the past behind him.

When another group of people are brutally slain in the woods one night, the locals think Christopher was the one behind it. As, needless to say, no one believes his stories about the murderous Pooh bear.

But, as the people in the village are about to find out, the stories of Pooh and his psychotic animal friends are all too real, and Texas isn't the only place to experience a chainsaw massacre...

Boasting what was obviously a much larger budget, this was a real fun, gory, horror comedy. With some fantastic bloody kills, which includes a group of annoying teens getting massacred in a suitably gory fashion, and a hilarious sequence where Pooh and his friends wipe-out a group of teens partying in a warehouse in loving detail, with chainsaw, axes and bats.

If you liked the original, you'll love this. Definitely one for fans of horror comedies.

The film is currently available on Blu-Ray and DVD and is available on selected streaming services.
