Hammer Presents will shine a light on the remarkable work of Hammer's peers, honouring the success of fellow storytellers and showcasing the films that contribute to the prestige of British horror. In doing so, the iconic British film studio - the films of which are currently being restored by award-winning film, TV and theatre producer and longtime Hammer horror fan John Gore - is now bringing even more restored classic films to fans, further celebrating Hammer’s rich legacy in horror cinema.

With world‑class high-definition restorations from award-winning Silver Salt Restoration - itself a John Gore Studios company - the Hammer Presents collection will see the technical quality which fans have come to expect from a Hammer release enabling them to appreciate their favourite horror films anew, or to discover them for the first time.

Each Hammer Presents release will include exciting additional features that highlight the film’s context and craft, enabling fans to really appreciate the restored material. The new Hammer Presents range will sit alongside Hammer's wider home entertainment releases of Limited Collector’s Edition 4K Ultra HD and Blu-rays.

The first film in the Hammer Presents collection, Cry of the Banshee, starring horror icon Vincent Price, will be released on 9th February 2026. It is a classic 1970 horror directed by Gordon Hessler (Murders in the Rue Morgue) and makes its worldwide debut as a brand-new 4K restored version.

Cry of the Banshee has been newly restored in 4K by Silver Salt Restoration from the original film negatives and presents Hessler’s original director’s cut in both widescreen and full-frame aspect ratios, as well as AIP’s re-edited theatrical version, all with English subtitles. The Ford Brothers set to make long-awaited THE DEAD 3.

In 2010 The Ford Brothers’ THE DEAD, took the zombie genre by storm, shooting on location in dangerous parts of West Africa and returning to the slower, creeping zombies, creating a sense of tension and fear that resonated with audiences worldwide. This was followed in 2013 by the equally epic THE DEAD 2: INDIA, increasing the scope of their global apocalypse.

Now, fifteen years after it all began, Jon and Howard Ford are back with a vengeance for the third and final instalment of their trilogy. Promising to be the most explosive, hard edged, brutal one of them all, it will have a fresh and original take, while still staying true to the classic roots.

Synopsis:
With the world in chaos, a man, torn apart by the murder of his family, uncovers a global conspiracy which has brought the flesh hungry dead back to life. He will stop at nothing to battle his way across a deadly landscape to unleash a blood soaked, violent, revenge on the greedy, corporate, super rich, hiding in paradise, in secure island fortresses, waiting to inherit what remains, as the world burns in a fire of their own creation.

Jon Ford said today: "I wrote The Dead 3 with more terror, anger and rage coursing through my veins than any "sane" human being should ever know! This, the final and most important film of the trilogy is going to shock, outrage, and please, in equal measure ! It's been a long time coming..."

Howard Ford added: 'I get asked almost every day if we are ever going to make The Dead 3 and given the challenges and real life near-death of both 1 and 2 on the incredibly arduous productions we've not yet jumped at it, but with Jon's fiery inspirations to dive back in with a killer script I feel 2026 is the now-or never for the third and final chapter!'

The film’s locations will be revealed at a later date.

Festival favourite SUPER HAPPY FUN CLOWN - Streaming exclusively on Bloodstream, January

The Horror Collective announced today that the acclaimed festival slasher SUPER HAPPY FUN CLOWN, directed by Patrick Rea, will premiere exclusively on BloodStream beginning January 1. The film arrives on the service following a strong reception at Panic Fest and FrightFest, where audiences praised its blend of dark comedy, practical gore, and a standout performance from Jennifer Seward.

SUPER HAPPY FUN CLOWN follows Jennifer, a once-celebrated child prodigy who now performs as Jenn-O the Clown. During a chaotic Halloween night, she channels the personas of classic movie monsters and notorious serial killers, transforming a simple side hustle into a night of catharsis, confrontation, and escalating carnage. Written and produced by Eric Winkler, with Patrick Rea also serving as producer, the film continues the creative collaboration that powered their previous genre successes.

Director Patrick Rea said, "This film is the result of years spent exploring the line between identity and performance. Jenn-O is raw, unfiltered, and more than a little dangerous. BloodStream is the perfect home because the platform supports films that take creative risks and speak directly to genre fans."

Writer and producer Eric Winkler added, "We set out to make something that pushes boundaries. BloodStream’s audience embraces original voices, and we are honored for viewers to make Jenn-O’s dream of ‘fortune and glory’ come true. Infamy equals immortality!"

Heidi Honeycutt, recently appointed Acquisitions and Programming Lead at BloodStream, emphasized how the film reflects the platform’s growing focus on bold, audience-tested genre work. "My years in festival programming taught me how quickly a film with a strong voice can ignite genuine excitement," Honeycutt said. "SUPER HAPPY FUN CLOWN has that spark. Supporting filmmakers with proven festival presence and giving sales partners a platform that champions discovery is exactly what BloodStream was built to do."

Following its BloodStream premiere, the film will expand to additional platforms later in 2026.

Hammer Films STOLEN FACE gets the 4K Restoration Treatment

Hammer’s early study of sex, obsession, and desire returns in a new 4K restoration. STOLEN FACE, directed by Terence Fisher in 1951, arrives on UHD and Blu-ray for the first time.

Film Noir femme fatale Lizabeth Scott gives a searing performance in this macabre melodrama that offers a dark twist on the Pygmalion myth. Stolen Face is available now to pre-order from Hammer Films.

Philip Ritter, a philanthropic plastic surgeon, is jilted by Alice, a beautiful concert pianist, after a whirlwind romance. In desperation, he remakes disfigured criminal Lily in Alice's image but learns to his very real cost that beauty is only skin deep.

Co-starring Paul Henreid and André Morell in his first Hammer appearance, STOLEN FACE has been painstakingly restored by Silver Salt Restoration, in collaboration with Hammer in 4K from the original film negatives.

For Hammer fans, collectors, and lovers of British film history, this definitive restoration of one of the studio’s rare early noirs continues the studio’s commitment to restoring its cinematic treasures for today’s film enthusiasts and dedicated film collectors worldwide.

STOLEN FACE Limited Collector's Edition is packed with treasures including exclusive documentaries, expert commentaries, rare archival material, plus a richly illustrated booklet and deluxe packaging.

Lizabeth Scott delivers a striking dual performance as both the elegant musician who rejects the surgeon and the criminal he reshapes into her likeness. Paul Henreid plays a man convinced he is acting responsibly while pushing into ethically questionable territory. Supported by André Morell, the film blends noir tension with emotional unease and anticipates Fisher’s later explorations of creation and consequence.

STOLEN FACE Limited Collector's Edition comprises of:

- Both UK and US iterations of Stolen Face with supporting material on two discs in a stylish digipak and rigid box: one UHD and one Blu-ray, with the content duplicated across both formats.
- English, French, Italian, Spanish and German subtitles on each version of the film.

The disks feature:

- New commentary with Lucy Bolton, Professor of Film Philosophy, and Cathy Lomax, artist and film scholar.
- New commentary with writers Lizbeth Myles and Paul Cornell, creators of the widely acclaimed Hammer House of Podcast.
- Face/Off: Author, filmmaker and Film Noir fan Chris Alexander examines actor Lizabeth Scott’s body of work and discusses why Stolen Face arguably features her best performance.
- Putty in His Hands: A mainstay at Hammer for a decade and the creator of some of the most iconic monster make-up in film history, Phil Leakey (courtesy of a private audio recording made in the 1980s) talks about his life and career alongside newly recorded contributions from his son Peter.
- A Distinctly British Phenomenon: Film critic and historian Alexandra Heller-Nicholas examines the theatrical interpretation of sex and obsession that surface in 1950s drama productions.
- A gallery of stills and publicity material alongside tracks from Malcolm Arnold’s score.
- Un-American: Stolen Face featured a victim of the HUAC blacklist in front of the camera and one of its most fervent stool pigeons behind it. Thomas Doherty, academic, cultural historian and author, examines this fractious time in American history and how it affected a generation of filmmakers.
- Dressed For Success: author and fashion historian Liz Tregenza profiles multiple Oscar-winning costume designer Edith Head and her work on Stolen Face costuming Lizabeth Scott.

The booklet features:

-  New article by Sarah Morgan, who looks at the life and career of Lizabeth Scott.
- New article by Gayle Sequeira, who investigates Stolen Face's suspect motivations of appearance and personality.
- New article by Neil Sinyard, who examines Stolen Face’s questionable sexual politics and unsympathetic characters.
- New article by artist Cathy Lomax, who examines Hammer’s darkly erotic take on the Pygmalion myth and the not-so-perfect woman.
- New article by Neil Sinyard, who takes a sobering look at the musical journey of Malcolm Arnold, composer extraordinaire.
- An archive interview with actor Lizabeth Scott given during the filming of Stolen Face.
- New article by Wayne Kinsey, who investigates Stolen Face’s filming and Hammer’s ambitious-but-aborted three-studio plan.
- New article by Wayne Kinsey, who investigates the history of plastic surgery and its fictitious use in film.
