Set during a chaotic weekend at a remote summer camp, HELL OF A SUMMER follows 24-year-old counselor Jason Hochberg (Fred Hechinger), a frequent returner at Camp Pineway whose biggest concern is surviving a summer spent among his teenage co-workers. 
 
What begins as an awkward attempt to fit in quickly unravels into a nightmare, as a masked killer begins stalking the campgrounds, turning a season of fun into a fight for survival.
